Terms Become Professional (A)

Being a professional is not an easy job. To achieve this, effort is required, because the size of one's professionalism will see the two sides. Namely technical skills or expertise, as well as matters relating to the nature, character, and personality. At the very least, there are eight conditions that must be owned by someone if they want to be a professional.

1. Mastering the job

A person qualifies as a professional when he knew exactly what he had to do. Knowledge of this work must be proved by the results achieved. In other words, a professional is not only clever play of words in theory, but also must be able to apply it in real life. He wore the measures clear, whether he did it successfully or not. To assess whether a person mastering job, can be seen from the three main things, namely how it works, how he had overcome the problem, and how he would control his work.

2. Having loyalty

Loyalty to a professional will give you power and strength to grow and always looking for things that are best for the job. For a professional, this loyalty will drive him to do anything without waiting for orders. 3. Integrity

The values of honesty, truth, and justice should really be the basic principle for a professional. Because the integrity of the Cleaner, a professional will be able to form a good moral life. Thus, it is no exaggeration to say that a professional not only smart enough and clever, but also the mental side. Mental aspects of a professional and this will also determine the quality of life. How funny when someone claiming to be professional, but in reality he was an embezzler or a manipulator?

4. Able to work hard

A professional human remains that have limitations and weaknesses. Thus, in realizing the goals to be achieved, a professional can not simply rely on its own strength. As good, a great professional, would still require the presence of other people to develop life. This is where a professional must be able to collaborate with various parties. In this case, not true if the fabric of cooperation is intended only for certain people. A professional will never choosy with whom he will cooperate.

A professional will open up wide to accept anyone who wants to work together. So not surprisingly, is that a professional is ready to give himself to anyone indiscriminately. A professional will not feel awkward or self-esteem down when he had to work with people who may be inferior status. A professional would be proud if everyone who knew him, either directly or indirectly, to the recognition that he was a professional.
