EQUITY ISSUES IN WORK LOAD
In providing health services to patients, families and society, both in hospitals and health centers, mostly carried out by qualified nurses and Midwives. Exercise 1: How many records do you do?
Nurses and Midwives who work in hospitals and health centers have somewhat different tasks, for example; Midwives and nurses in hospitals do more direct care, while nurses and Midwives in health centers do more indirect nursing.
Here are 3 types / forms of recording:
