Get it? How do you know if you are a very good sales person? If you get the job, why, well in case you don’t remember your job is to sell stuff and going into an interview you are selling one thing to the interviewers, yourself. Still don’t get it?
The convincing power of a sales person should be very good if they are to be effective in their job. This is one thing most don’t get, the interview is a process of selling goods(yourself) to buyers(interviewer/s) so if one excels in his selling skills this shouldn’t be a problem. Not getting any of this, then you might want to consider a different career where convincing skills are not that much in demand or needed.

You need good communication skills and an eye for detail if you are to catch the subtle clues as to the mood of customers so you would know which avenue to pursue. Selling stuff is making people believe they need what you’re selling(sadly sometimes even if they don’t really need it), but that’s life and it’s an honest living for the customer pays for the goods and decides on the purchase on their own!!!
